WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
How Our Program Works
- We will need a good quality PNG file of your design (s) to be printed. 300 DPI
- You will be required to pay us a print + shipping fee to have your customer's order PRINTED & SHIPPED to them only after an order has been placed.
- We will also need your company logo, contact info and business address for shipping purposes.
HOW WE DELIVER
After your customer has placed an order
- We receive the order from you and begin working to fulfill your customer's order.
- A packing slip is generated to accompany the order. We use your company logo and business information within the detail of packing slip.
- Your customer's order is now being prepared for printing. (we require 3 business days to print the order)
- Once the order has been sucessfully printed, we label and package the order for shipping.
- A tracking number is submitted to you for your customer's package delivery.
- We then ship your customer's order via USPS.
- We're all DONE!
